Senior Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and growing existing relationships with clients in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the financial services industry
- Candidate must have 1+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or business (this includes internships)
- Base salary $55,000 - 65,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission
- Average year 1 OTE $75,000 - $85,000
- Year 2 and beyond $80,000 - 110,000+
