Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing initial product information and directing them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Present financing options to customers based on their needs and follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
- Utilize our CRM tracking system daily to manage leads and appointments.
