Job Title: Survey Project Manager

About the Role

This position reports directly to the West Survey Manager and is responsible for coordinating jobs and managing the Colorado Survey team. The role requires a good understanding of running a survey team, with the goal of being trained to eventually lead the Colorado group, allowing the current manager to focus on the entire West region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate jobs and manage the Colorado Survey team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the West Survey Manager to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • LSIT certification (or working towards a PLS)
  • 5 years of survey experience
  • Experience in managing a survey team
  • Experience in coordinating scheduling

Work Environment

Work environment is mainly in-office, focusing on team management and work coordination. Occasional fieldwork may be required to handle hands-on survey tasks or to cover for team members.
