About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Pharmacy Growth and Development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Create and implement multi-year strategies to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and increase revenue.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and motivate teams of individual contributors, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure success.
  • Analyze and Improve Program Performance: Conduct experiments, analyze data, and develop recommendations to improve program performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Present to Senior Leadership: Develop and present clear, concise, and data-driven reports to senior leaders, summarizing findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with experimentation, IT, and measurement teams to develop new program ideas, interventions, and solutions to improve script and margin growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven experience in product management, customer experience, retail strategy, marketing, or loyalty within the healthcare industry.
  • 5+ Years of Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • 2+ Years of Team Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Product/Program Management Skills: Proven experience in product or program management, with a focus on customer experience, business growth, and revenue improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree: MBA, MPH, MHA, PharmD, or other advanced degree in a related field.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, teams, and stakeholders, presenting clear, concise, and data-driven reports.
  • Strategic Planning and Program Management Experience: Proven experience in strategic planning, program management, and project management within the healthcare industry.
  • SQL and Data/Analytic Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and data/analytic skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop recommendations.
