The Senior Analyst for Pharmacy Operations, Professional Standards - Insights will play a pivotal role in supporting our comprehensive professional practice and regulatory compliance initiatives within both front store and pharmacy settings. This position will involve collaboration with various cross-functional teams, including Operations, Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC), Compliance, Legal, HR Shared Services, and Regulatory units, to ensure compliance and assist in the development and implementation of these programs along with their rollout strategies.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing analytical support to enhance our strategic initiatives aimed at identifying and addressing compliance insights while improving field and store practices.
- Translating complex analyses and extensive datasets into actionable insights for field and senior leadership teams.
- Offering comprehensive support for the Operational Insights (OpI) program, an initiative focused on promoting compliance best practices within the field and stores, including conducting quality checks for results and regular updates.
- Facilitating operational communications and serving as a program liaison with key stakeholders, including corporate and field colleagues.
- Streamlining work processes to promote simplicity and efficiency while remaining adaptable to new projects and priorities.
- Supporting Retail Operations and Professional Standards by providing collaborative thought partnership to ensure our efforts yield the desired outcomes and behaviors.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with proficiency in quantitative analytics tools (SQL, SAS, R, Python, etc.).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience in retail analytics, demonstrating a history of delivering insights and driving business impact.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively identify and resolve issues.
- Capability to comprehend complex problems, identify root causes, and maintain a goal-oriented approach in a dynamic environment.
- A self-starter and team player, able to advocate for stores and field leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or a concentration in data analytics.
- Experience in presenting analytical findings to diverse audiences.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical results to non-analytical peers and internal stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- High proficiency in SQL, SAS, Teradata, and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and effective communication (storytelling with data).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels (Senior Management, Field Management, Customer Support Center).
- Experience in retail pharmacy or equivalent retail experience (in a corporate office or field setting).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
The typical pay range for this role is between $46,000 and $122,400 annually. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual salary for all positions within this job grade. Actual salary offers will depend on various factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant considerations. This position is also eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
