The Senior Analyst for Pharmacy Operations, Professional Standards - Insights will play a crucial role in supporting our comprehensive professional practice and compliance programs for both front store and pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide analytical support to enhance our strategic initiatives aimed at identifying and addressing compliance insights while improving behaviors in the field and stores.
- Translate intricate analyses and extensive datasets into actionable insights for both field and senior leadership teams.
- Offer comprehensive support for the Operational Insights (OpI) program, which is designed to promote compliance best practices across the field and stores.
- Conduct quality checks for results launches and manage regular updates.
- Facilitate operational communications and act as a liaison with key stakeholders, including corporate and field colleagues.
- Streamline work processes while maintaining adaptability to assist with new projects and shifting priorities.
- Support Retail Operations and Professional Standards by providing collaborative thought partnership to ensure our initiatives yield the desired outcomes and behaviors.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in data analytics, with proficiency in quantitative analytics tools (SQL, SAS, R, Python, etc.).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience in retail analytics, demonstrating a history of delivering impactful insights.
- Ability to work independently and effectively identify and resolve issues.
- Capability to comprehend complex problems, pinpoint root causes, and maintain a goal-oriented approach in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to advocate for stores and field leadership.
- Proficiency in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or concentration in data analytics.
- Experience presenting analytical findings to diverse audiences.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex analytical results to non-analytic peers and internal stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Windows applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Expertise in SQL, SAS, Teradata, and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for data extraction, manipulation, analysis, and effective communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience in retail pharmacy or equivalent retail experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Compensation and Benefits:The typical pay range for this role is $46,000 to $122,400. This range represents the base hourly rate or annual salary for all positions within this job grade. Actual salary offers will depend on various factors, including experience, education, and location. This position is eligible for bonuses, commissions, or short-term incentive programs in addition to the base pay range.
