The Senior Analyst for Pharmacy Operations, Professional Standards - Insights will play a crucial role in supporting our comprehensive professional practice and regulatory compliance initiatives within both front store and pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide analytical support to enhance our strategic initiatives aimed at identifying and addressing compliance insights while improving behaviors in the field and stores.
  • Translate intricate analyses and extensive datasets into actionable insights for both field and senior leadership teams.
  • Offer comprehensive support for the Operational Insights (OpI) program, which is designed to promote compliance best practices across the field and stores, including conducting quality checks for results and regular updates.
  • Facilitate operational communications and act as a liaison with key stakeholders, including corporate and field colleagues.
  • Foster simplicity and efficiency in work processes while remaining adaptable to new projects and priorities.
  • Support Retail Operations and Professional Standards by providing collaborative insights to ensure our efforts yield the desired outcomes and behaviors.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, proficient in quantitative analytics tools (SQL, SAS, R, Python, etc.).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Experience in retail analytics with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.
  • Ability to work independently, recognizing and resolving issues effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated team player, capable of advocating for stores and field leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or concentration in data analytics.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex analytical results to non-analytic peers and internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Expertise in SQL, SAS, Teradata, and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for data manipulation and storytelling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in retail pharmacy or equivalent retail experience.
Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The typical pay range for this role is $46,000 to $122,400. This range represents the base hourly rate or annual salary for all positions within this job grade. Actual salary offers will depend on various factors, including experience, education, and location. This position is eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
