About the Role:
As a Senior Software Solutions Architect focusing on Colleague Experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of user profiles within CVS Health's Corporate Intranet. This platform is vital for all CVS Health employees who have network access.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to user access and profile management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Design and develop full-stack solutions, including databases, APIs, services, and front-end applications.
- Define system scope and objectives to meet project goals while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
- Evaluate various design strategies and recommend optimal solutions for business challenges.
- Conduct proof of concepts to address implementation hurdles for both new and existing web applications.
- Establish and enforce performance and efficiency standards for web applications.
- Stay updated on emerging web technologies to enhance application performance and architecture.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture and design patterns.
- Proven expertise in database management technologies, including both relational and NoSQL databases.
- In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols such as OAuth2 and SAML.
- Ability to create detailed flow diagrams to illustrate data synchronization issues between HR and Identity Management systems.

Compensation and Benefits:
The typical pay range for this position is between $124,000 and $247,200 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including experience and education.
