Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Lead Consultant specializing in Oracle EBS WMS. This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive solutions and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate project scoping and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Ensure acceptance of solutions and document any deviations from established standards.
  • Develop and advocate for Solution Architecture patterns, promoting best practices for standardized design.
  • Oversee documentation, system configuration, and testing processes.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to team members.
  • Coordinate with both onsite and offshore teams to ensure thorough solution configuration and functional testing.
  • Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), user training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cutover activities for successful go-live.
  • Contribute to team development through cross-skilling and participation in practice Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Engineering or Bachelor of Science degree, with a preference for an MBA.
  • Over 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS WMS, including 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
  • A minimum of 4 years in consulting, focusing on Requirement Specifications and end-to-end solution design.
  • Extensive experience in EBS WMS integration with distribution modules.
  • Proficient in writing functional specifications and test scripts using OUM methodology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Service-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical understanding of Oracle EBS WMS, including underlying tables and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
