We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Instructor Technology to join our team at John Deere. As a Senior Instructor Technology, you will be responsible for delivering training to channel partners, company employees, and customers on precision measurement systems, grade control systems, and other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs on precision measurement systems, grade control systems, and other related technologies.
  • Lead trainings and mentor less-experienced instructors.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
  • Distribute and share training information with channel partners, company personnel, and customers.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of precision measurement systems, grade control systems, and other related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
