Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, provide administrative support, manage office equipment, ensure excellent customer service, and handle office administration tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and efficient work environment
  • Assist with purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationships
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve office efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve office operations


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other administrative software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
