Human Resources Coordinator

At Penske Motor Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Admin to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, implementing efficient filing systems, and managing HR-related documents.
- Manage various HR-related tasks, such as generating reports, utilizing HRIS systems, and maintaining organized data files.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee training and development, including coordinating training sessions and maintaining records of training attendance and completion.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, and organize and file benefit-related documentation.
- Send out weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly announcements to the team, and conduct various administrative audits, create, and update spreadsheets and other documents as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in this role.
- Minimum of six (6) months customer service experience, desired.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language, work well with the public, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
