- Conduct site audits and provide recommendations for process improvements and equipment upgrades.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Experience in a similar role or in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of power distribution systems and Arc Flash compliance.
- Technical understanding of compressed air systems, chilled water systems, cooling tower systems, water treatment systems, and HVAC systems.
