Job Summary

As a Regional Service Manager at Allied Universal Technology Services, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to assigned regional service staff and implementing action plans. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide leadership and direction to regional service staff
* Implement action plans to achieve service goals and objectives
* Collaborate with installation, service, and sales teams to ensure cohesive interdepartmental relationships
* Supervise service customer engagements and retention for all service work
* Provide technical support and expertise to service technician staff and customers

Requirements

* 3-5 years of experience in project management, customer management, engineering, or as a senior field technician
* Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Word
* Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Ability to remotely troubleshoot technical electronic and software-based issues
* Ability to manipulate and utilize electronic web-based service tools to manage service delivery, productivity, and efficiency
