About the Role

As a Department Manager at H&M Group, you will be responsible for leading and supporting your team to achieve exceptional results. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, stockroom organization, and ensure a clean and tidy sales floor.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and create plans to optimize results and profits.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create a cohesive and visually appealing store environment.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate financial information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
