Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing and contract documentation for assigned projects.


A successful candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong numerical abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish all projects by reviewing contracts for billing specifications and requirements.
2. Set up and maintain precise AIA billing and CCIP reporting.
3. Ensure timely preparation, review, and submission of monthly pay applications.
4. Proactively investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with project managers and general contractor counterparts.
6. Provide and request necessary documentation, including insurance certificates and lien releases.
7. Monitor collection reports to ensure prompt cash flow.
8. Adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
9. Utilize computer systems for report processing and high-volume data entry.
10. Support accounting audits as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Construction Accounting environment.
2. Ability to accurately process high-volume data.
3. Capability to work collaboratively across various functions.
4. Punctual and reliable.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
6. Exceptional accounting skills.
7. Consistent employment history.
8. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for problem-solving.
10. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
11. Professional demeanor.
12. Degree in Accounting preferred; relevant experience may be considered.

Job Type:
Full-time position with weekly salary payments.
