  • **Troubleshooting and Repair**: Troubleshoot and repair all systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

  • **Snow Removal and Grounds Maintenance**: Oversee snow removal, landscaping, and grounds maintenance to ensure our facilities are safe and well-maintained.

**Requirements**
