We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall sanitation and safety of our facilities and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and participate in the overall sanitation and safety of the facility and associates in accordance with company standards and government regulations.
  • Follow work procedures and expedites workflow to ensure timely, efficient service.
  • Inspect rooms, common areas, and stock rooms, and approve staff work performance.
  • Report unsafe conditions and maintenance service needs, including painting, repairs, and furniture replacement and upkeep.
  • Communicate performance issues to management.
  • Participate in the onboarding and training of associates.
  • Conduct daily pre-service meetings.
  • Demonstrate safe and correct use of environmental services equipment and chemicals.
  • Complete inventory of materials, supplies, and linens.
  • Communicate with clients, customers, or residents, personnel from other departments, and coworkers.
