We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sports Site Specialist. This role will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating sports, games, and activities at our sporting facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in supporting and facilitating sporting events and activities
- Open and close facility, set up for sporting events and activities, and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
- Prepare activity reports and substitute for officials in emergencies
- Interpret sports rules and regulations, maintain public and team control, and perform ID checks
- Effectively communicate with staff, coaches, players, and officials, and implement disciplinary policies and procedures
- Comply with all cash handling policies and procedures
- High School Diploma, GED or higher
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in recreation or related field
- Valid USA driver's license (Texas Class C or equivalent from another state)
- CPR and Basic First Aid Certification within six (6) months of date of appointment
