Emergency Preparedness Coordinator

Job Description
Bienvivir All-Inclusive Health is seeking a highly skilled Emergency Preparedness Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our Incident Command Structure during times of crisis and coordinating our disaster preparedness and response plan in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Emergency Management Plan: Annually review and revise our Emergency Management Plan, chair and staff the Emergency Management Committee, and ensure that all emergency operating procedures are understood by Incident Command Structure and staff.
- Training and Audit: Conduct risk and threat assessments, provide technical assistance and audits to contracted agencies, and annually conduct Hazard Vulnerability Analysis for each site.
- Facility Key/Access Control System: Maintain and monitor key/access control data, issue and control all keys/access cards, and keep records of all lock cylinders and key holders at all facilities.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Emergency Management, Homeland Security, or other relevant field; OR Associate's Degree with one to two years of related experience in emergency preparedness.
- Completion of FEMA courses IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, and IS-800 is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in Project Management, and knowledge of Emergency Management policies and procedures development.
