Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Manager and President in administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify needs and take charge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Prepare communications; emails, reports, and other correspondence
  • Maintain shared spreadsheets of product pricing and sales reports, proficient in Excel
  • Maintain database records
  • Assist with creating tracking and KPI standards for new sales reps
  • Communicate with Sales Reps out in the field for customer service and order follow-up

Requirements:

  • Must have great communication skills
  • Must have super attention to detail
  • Must be able to identify needs and take charge
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and clerical skills
  • Must be a self-starter and feel comfortable asking questions

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift, starting between 7:30-8:30am.
