Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to various departments under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct administrative support and technical assistance for various departments.
  • Perform daily office responsibilities, including mail processing, data entry, and inventory management.
  • Meet and greet visitors, liaise with vendors and consultants to coordinate services as needed.
  • Order and distribute various supplies and other items.
  • Coordinate various processes and maintain documents and records related to process.
  • Prepare, monitor, and maintain various files, reports, records, systems, and documents.
  • Provide administrative support as assigned and as needed.
Requirements
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be proficient in the use of computers and tablets.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
