Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Michaels Organization. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, vendors, and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to resident inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all interactions.
  2. Communicate Effectively: Use various means of communication to interact with residents, vendors, and team members, including phone, email, and in-person.
  3. Manage Resident Requests: Receive, enter, and relay resident service requests to work crews and supervisors, ensuring timely resolution.
  4. Stay Informed: Familiarize yourself with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information and support.
  5. Maintain Records: Accurately capture, enter, and maintain resident information, interactions, and service requests.
Requirements
  1. Administrative Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and on-site rental systems.
  2. Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and any required certifications.
  3. Skills and Abilities: Action-oriented, resourceful, creative, decisive, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
  1. Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, including evenings, with occasional overtime.
  2. Physical Demands: Routine sitting and walking, with the ability to drive a company vehicle.
