Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Account Manager to join our team at HR Solutions Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating our retail installations, overseeing the entire process from quoting to installation, and acting as the main customer contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate retail installations, including scheduling, directing installations, and managing timelines.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes for materials and services.
  • Assist in the development of installation schedules and project timelines.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize and coordinate the delivery and installation of fixtures, displays, and materials at retail locations.
  • Work with Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth delivery of materials and avoid delays in the installation process.
  • Provide regular project updates, status reports, and feedback to the customer and stakeholders.
  • Address any issues or conflicts that arise during installation and work to resolve them promptly.
  • Conduct site/installation visits to develop and maintain an understanding of our product and installation processes.
  • Assist in managing project budgets by tracking expenses, invoices, and labor costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in retail installations, construction, or interior design.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience preparing and managing project quotes and budgets.
  • Experience with vendor and contractor coordination is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g. Asana) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues on-site and make quick, informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with travel planning and logistics for work teams.
