Customer Relations Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns, and working to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
  • Work to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide informed and accurate information to customers

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of customer relations theory and practices
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
