Customer Service Representative/Patient Liaison

Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven professional with exceptional client relationship-building skills to join our team as an Account Management Specialist and Customer Service Representative. In this hybrid role, you will provide personalized support and strategic guidance to patients while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for L-Nutra Health customer service needs, providing personalized support and resolving any product-related issues.
- Order Management: Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any product-related issues.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Product Education: Educate customers about our products and their benefits, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a health-related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management or a similar role.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience or experience in a medical practice is required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and upbeat demeanor are essential.
- Health and Wellness Knowledge: Passion for health and wellness with a desire to learn and grow in the field is required.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Computer Skills: Intermediate to advanced computer skills and familiarity with CRM/EMR software is a plus.
