Overview
This role is situated within the Real Property Operations (TERO) sector of Real Property Services (TER), specifically under Transmission Engineering & Technical Services (TE) and Transmission Services (T) at Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).

The ideal candidate for the Program Management Coordinator position will be tasked with strategizing and supervising all administrative analytical and evaluative functions associated with the planning, design, and execution of innovative and enhanced information and procedural workflows.


Key Responsibilities
As a Program Management Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Collaborating with and guiding the management team in utilizing change management process methodologies and techniques.
- Conducting assessments of organizational needs, evaluating readiness for change, promoting organizational awareness, and spearheading change initiatives.
- Offering guidance and expertise in change management by defining and executing requirements for project-specific change management strategies.

- Developing, implementing, and overseeing a structured change management framework that encompasses a communication strategy, a sponsor roadmap, a coaching strategy, a training strategy, and a resistance management strategy.

Essential Requirements:

Qualifications

- Interpreting and applying a broad spectrum of concepts, laws, policies, principles, regulations, precedents, and practices relevant to project management tasks, including cost-benefit analysis, financial management, planning and evaluation, schedule development and monitoring, and resource management.
- Providing technical advice, guidance, recommendations, and actionable solutions to management and technical specialists on assigned projects.
- Demonstrating influencing and negotiating skills in project management contexts.
