Job Title: Senior Project Management Officer

**Job Summary:**

AHU Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Management Officer to manage project schedules, support organizational change management, and lead project teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure DevOps, project planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Project Planning and Management:**
    • Create and onboard project teams, integrating them into the organization and providing a clear vision of the product.
    • Assist agile teams in efficient implementation and use of Azure DevOps (ADO) to automatically measure and report quality and performance measures to the Programs Portal.
  • **Communication and Collaboration:**
    • Facilitate communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team.
    • Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning.
  • **Project Scope and Goals:**
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support milestones in collaboration with Business, senior management, and stakeholders.
  • **Project Management Tools:**
    • Develop detailed project plans, communication documents, and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
    • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path related to OCM and training.
    • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • **Risk Management:**
    • Manage a central repository of milestones identified by multiple workstream leads, provide status, and escalate risks.
    • Maintain a risk and issues registry and track progress.
  • **Continuous Quality Improvement:**
    • Provide timely metrics and audit outcomes to gauge progress towards quality objectives.
    • Promote Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes to identify and remove project barriers.

Requirements:

  • **Technical Skills:**
    • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA, creating Queries, Dashboards, alerts, and data export.
    • Experience with managing training content development and/or delivery.
  • **Certifications and Experience:**
    • Active Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) or Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (PMI) equivalent certification.
    • Experience leading OCM activities for new technology implementation.
    • Experience with large-scale IT projects.
  • **Education and Skills:**
    • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
    • Hands-on MS Project Schedule development skills, including tracking dependencies, milestones, resources, and critical path.
    • Hands-on Excel and PowerPoint skills to capture, analyze, and report data points and progress updates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • **Experience in Human Services or Child Welfare sector.
  • Project Management Professional Certification.
