Key Responsibilities:- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for our Client, with full authority to manage all contract-related daily operations.
- Alternate Designation: Designate an alternate to assume Tech Lead responsibilities in the primary's absence.
- Availability: Ensure the Tech Lead or designated alternate is available between specified timeframes.
- Team Management: Oversee and manage the performance of all designated personnel, ensuring they meet the minimum requirements for their respective roles.
- Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate technical and project management efforts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all contract tasks.
- Communication: Collaborate closely with the Program's Point of Contact to communicate any changes in personnel or project status.
- IT Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience in IT, with knowledge of housing processing within a military (Army) environment.
- Lead Role Experience: Experience in a lead role as an onsite senior manager directing an IT technical team.
- Cloud Administration: Familiarity with Cloud administration and RMF Security Management.
- Senior Systems Engineer: Proven experience in a Senior Systems Engineer role, with a strong track record of leading and managing technical teams.
- Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with government personnel, end users, and vendor development staff.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges effectively.
- Authority: Availability to act with full authority on all contract matters during designated hours.
- Commitment to Excellence: Commitment to excellence and a capability to lead and deliver high-quality technical solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree (minimum) or a master's degree (desired) in Information Systems, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, or an IT industry certification.
- Certifications: Certification in CompTIA, Cloud Services, Microsoft, Cisco
