Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the formation and onboarding of project teams, ensuring they are well-integrated into the organization and have a clear understanding of project objectives.
  • Support agile teams in the effective utilization of AzureDevOps (ADO) to facilitate the automatic measurement and reporting of quality and performance metrics.
  • Encourage communication and information sharing between external stakeholders and the project team, while monitoring project advancement and providing constructive feedback.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with milestones in collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents, managing expectations among team members and stakeholders.

  • Maintain a centralized repository of milestones identified by various workstream leads, providing status updates and escalating risks as necessary.
  • Keep a risk and issues registry to track progress and manage changes in project scope, while devising contingency plans for potential crises.
  • Deliver timely metrics and audit outcomes to assess progress towards quality objectives.
  • Foster Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes to identify and eliminate project barriers.
