Job Title: Data Product Manager

HP Development Company, L.P. is seeking a highly skilled Data Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through data analysis, strategy, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data products that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data models, architectures, and infrastructure to support data products.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data management and analytics.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, architecture, and infrastructure.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
