Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000, depending on individual factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This figure may vary based on market conditions and other considerations.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves increasing ePlus revenue and market presence through strategic sales efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Achieving growth objectives through prospecting, lead response, and relationship building with key customers;
  2. Qualifying business opportunities by identifying scope, decision makers, stakeholders, and overall opportunity;
  3. Maintaining and growing existing client revenues through cross-selling of ePlus core competencies;
  4. Establishing and maintaining manufacturer/partner relationships to develop joint sales opportunities;
  5. Developing and implementing quarterly account marketing plans;
  6. Providing monthly forecasts and quarterly reviews for assigned territories;
  7. Conducting business in a professional, competent, and ethical manner;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven track record of success selling to managed accounts at the CXO and VP level;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or Engineering fields (preferred);
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling technology solutions, including wireless, security, IP Telephony, software, etc.;
  • VAR commercial sales experience (preferred) at companies such as CDW, Insight, GTSI, IronBow, WorldWide Technologies, etc.;
  • Knowledge of e-business solutions environment;
  • Ability to qualify, penetrate, and close new accounts;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills;
  • Proven ability to leverage subject matter experts to further the sales process;
  • Capacity to work independently;
Work Environment
