Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project management and technical support to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of HR activities. This includes coordinating flexible benefits and total reward statements, interfacing with the payroll department, maintaining compensation and benefits administration procedures, and assisting in the collation of HR monthly and quarterly reports.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
