Executive Chef

As a key member of our culinary team, the Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation, and presentation of all food for the hotel. This role requires a strong focus on safety, sanitation, and quality, with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and drive revenue growth.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee food and labor costs, ensuring they are within budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve kitchen operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve sustainability.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
