Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional food experiences.

- Train and manage kitchen personnel to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food to meet our customers' needs
- Select and develop recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Establish presentation techniques and quality standards, and plan and price menus
- Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance, and ensure proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen
- Oversee special catering events and may also offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrations
- Requires 2-3 years of experience in a related position
- Requires 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience
- Culinary degree preferred
- Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession
- Requires experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems
- Requires oral, reading and written communication skills
