About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and food experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and train kitchen personnel to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities to meet budget requirements and execute company programs
  • Develop and implement recipes, menus, and presentation techniques to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure proper equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols in the kitchen
  • Oversee special catering events and provide culinary instruction and demonstrations as needed
Requirements
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of food principles and practices
  • Experiential knowledge of management and problem-solving
