About the Role

As an Order Management Specialist at Philips, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods to customers while maintaining order integrity and proactive communication to promptly address any issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales orders to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Update customer order details promptly in Project Management and ERP systems as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Align factory confirmed delivery dates with project manager requested dates and take necessary actions to minimize discrepancies.
  • Track order shipments through Merge Center and customer sites, utilizing logistical databases and carrier websites to ensure on-time and complete deliveries; expedite deliveries when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant business experience.
  • 2+ years of Supply Chain related business experience.
  • 2+ years of business systems experience (e.g., SAP/ERP systems, MS Office, Siebel) & Quality Management systems (ICS Control, SOX, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
