Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage designated customer accounts throughout the complete order lifecycle, including customer onboarding, order processing, and logistics coordination to ensure timely shipment of orders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, distribution centers, and manufacturing units, facilitating the processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Deliver precise documentation and maintain ongoing communication with customers during the order process.
  • Take initiative to address and resolve intricate customer inquiries through thorough investigation and a comprehensive understanding of company protocols and systems.
  • Provide prompt and informative responses in alignment with established Service Level Agreements.
  • Engage higher-level customer support for complex issues, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided throughout the resolution process.
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions with internal and external stakeholders in the designated database/system.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and prepare necessary shipping documentation as per relevant laws.
  • Act as a communication bridge between customers and the quality assurance or manufacturing teams for any quality-related concerns; submit claims through the Quality Management System as needed.
  • Possess knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
  • Assist the Supervisor in coordinating customer visits to local facilities.
  • Compile and distribute both standard and tailored reports for internal and customer use.
  • Understand and adhere to Customer Order Management policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to departmental objectives and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer support services.
  • Participate in or lead projects focused on process improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Effective Communication Skills.
