As a vital member of our team at Cynet Systems, you will oversee the entire order management process for designated customer accounts. Your role will ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and shipped within the agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete order life cycle for assigned customer accounts, including new customer setup, order entry and modifications, and logistics oversight.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with customers, distribution centers, and manufacturing teams to facilitate order fulfillment.
- Maintain clear and accurate communication with customers, providing essential documentation throughout the order process.
- Address and resolve complex customer inquiries through thorough research and a deep understanding of our operational processes.
- Deliver timely responses in accordance with established Service Level Agreements.
- Collaborate with higher-level support for complex issues, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
- Keep detailed records of all interactions in the appropriate systems.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and prepare necessary shipping documentation.
- Act as a liaison for quality-related issues between customers and manufacturing locations, submitting claims through the Quality Management System.
- Possess knowledge of Quality Management Systems to support quality assurance efforts.
- Assist supervisors in hosting customer visits to our facilities.
- Prepare and distribute both standard and customized reports for internal and customer use.
- Understand and adhere to Customer Order Management policies and metrics.
- Contribute to departmental goals and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer support.
- Engage in process improvement projects to streamline operations.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication abilities.
- Experience in supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Excel.
