About the Role
As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for overseeing sales orders from initiation to delivery, maintaining order accuracy, and proactively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.
Your Responsibilities
- Guarantee order integrity by meticulously verifying and updating customer order details in relevant systems, such as Project Management and ERP platforms, as directed by the Project Manager.
- Collaborate with factory teams to align confirmed delivery dates with project manager requests, taking proactive steps to minimize discrepancies and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Track shipment progress through Merge Center and customer sites, leveraging logistical databases and carrier websites to monitor deliveries and expedite shipments when necessary.
Your Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a Supply Chain role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with business systems, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP), MS Office Suite, and Quality Management systems (ICS Control, SOX) is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with both internal and external customers.
