We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Oncology Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. As a specialist in oncology patient care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients undergoing medical surgical treatments.
About the Unit: Our 34-bed Oncology Unit (8 North) provides care for medical surgical patients with a specialization in oncology. We have a supportive environment and offer orientation tailored to your needs.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise LPNs, Nursing Assistants, HUCs, Techs, and sitters.
- Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Complete required education assignments annually.
- Work towards achieving goals and objectives.
Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000-$85,000, based on experience.
