Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Addiction and Mental Health Services, LLC.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care support, including conducting searches and ensuring adherence to treatment schedules.
- Facilitate Book Studies and Recovery meetings, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Supervise patient activities, administer medications, and engage in documentation as needed.
- Drive patients to appointments and outings, maintaining professionalism and safety standards.
- Collaborate with counselors and nurses to ensure seamless patient care.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science preferred.
- One year of experience in alcohol/drug treatment with direct patient contact; valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Certification in CPR; strong communication skills and understanding of chemical dependency recovery principles.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handling stressful situations effectively.
