Compensation:
$20-$25/hour

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for receiving, stocking, shipping, ordering, and counting inventory items. This entry-level role involves the safe operation of a forklift to manage lumber and building materials, adhering to established work and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
2. Contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.
3. Assist warehouse personnel and supervisors in maintaining an orderly work environment, including tasks such as emptying trash and organizing staging areas.
4. Receive and inspect incoming products and materials.
5. Provide exceptional customer service.
6. Accurately count and document received materials.
7. Organize and stock materials in designated storage locations.
8. Support inventory management by counting and organizing warehouse items.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures.
10. Operate forklifts and other facility equipment as required.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, exposure to varying temperatures, bending or stooping, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds frequently.

Qualifications:
- Preferred education: High school diploma or GED.
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read orders and complete forms.
- Willingness to learn to read a tape measure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle conflict constructively and identify potential issues.
- Proficiency with or willingness to learn relevant technologies.
