Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage samples for clients and the showroom, ensuring timely delivery or shipment.
  • Coordinate office and showroom supplies, maintaining stock levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients and offering refreshments.
  • Assist clients and team with sample returns and check-ins.
  • Prepare bids and job proposals for design consultants.
  • Follow up on bids sent to clients to close sales.
  • Participate in client meetings and showroom events.
  • Answer phones, field calls, and return phone calls and emails promptly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Colorado drivers license.
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
