Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at CSMN Operations, LLC dba All Points North. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional massage and body treatment services to our guests.

• Perform massage and body treatments in accordance with protocol and in a courteous and professional manner.
• Exceed the high standards of the All Points North Lodge.
• Provide Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Cupping, and other featured modalities.
• Ensure proper precautions and contradictions for massage before every session.
• Modify treatment as necessary based on customer reaction.
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity during client interactions.
• Report any unusual customer interactions to supervisor promptly.
• Communicate clearly with guests and spa staff to achieve desired results.
• Perform support tasks associated with providing services assigned.
• Assist in the efficient and effective operation of the Spa.

• High School Diploma/GED with successful completion of a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapist coursework.
• Three (3) years of experience performing massage therapy with licensure in Colorado.
• Valid Colorado Massage Therapist License.
• Knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of massage therapy.
• HIPAA Record keeping principles and practices.
• Correct business English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Techniques for dealing with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.

• Mobility to work in a massage therapy setting.
• Use standard office equipment and dexterity to utilize computer equipment.
• Vision to read printed materials and computer screen.
• Hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone.
• Regularly required to sit and work at a phone/computer work station.
• Stamina to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Agility to perform massage therapy over an extended period of time.
• Strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
