- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the existing portfolio's business framework, including profit and loss metrics, utilization rates, growth strategies, and future objectives; this involves conducting insightful business reviews with key decision-makers and analyzing updated financial documentation to evaluate the health of accounts.
- Regularly monitor performance and provide guidance to ensure optimal use of our solutions by customers.
- Expand the portfolio by identifying potential non-Capital clients, understanding their unique needs, and offering tailored solutions to foster business growth.
- Collaborate continuously with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and attract new clients, including but not limited to sales, operations, risk management, and product development.
- Design and implement strategic campaigns aimed at maximizing impact within the portfolio, based on market trends and growth opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience relevant to the role's responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel to client locations or prospects up to 75% of the time.
- Strong capability to drive results through the establishment of robust internal and external relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple high-touch clients alongside various projects and initiatives.
- Preferred experience of 5+ years in the Automotive Financial Services sector.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A collaborative team player open to change and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Strong presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
- A sense of urgency and self-motivation.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
