Night Auditor

The Quality Inn in Grand Chute, WI, is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee the preparation of daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. This role involves posting room charges, taxes, and guest transactions, as well as maintaining files and resetting systems for next day operations.
Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Greet and register guests, verifying reservation information and responding to their needs and requests.
- Financial Operations: Verify and assign charges to the correct departments and guest accounts, print and file reservations, and prepare daily reports as required by management.
- Financial Analysis: Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy, balance the day's charges, and make corrections as necessary.
- System Maintenance: Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for next day operations.
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
