Job Summary

The Night Auditor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and accounting functions during the overnight shift. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for registering guests, making reservations, preparing daily reports, balancing transactions, and conducting security walks.

Responsibilities
  • Register guests and make reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and balance daily reports, including revenue and expense statements.
  • Conduct security walks to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
  • Handle and respond to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the success of our hotel.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
