Job Summary:
The CMM Specialist/Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming, in-process, and outgoing products, performing inspections that range from basic to advanced complexity.

Essential Functions:
- Proficiently measure parts using basic tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height stands, as well as advanced tools like vision systems and manual or programmable CMMs.
- Program and operate basic to advanced CMM programs.
- Utilize control plans and inspection instructions to assess product conformance.
- Prepare inspection reports and certification packages according to customer specifications.
- Document results clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with management to facilitate product flow through the plant.
- Conduct basic to advanced inspection tests and assembly tasks.

Qualifications:
- A 2-year technical degree with up to 5 years of experience in tight tolerance machining, or a minimum of 5 years of experience without the degree.
- GD&T Certificate (preferred).
