About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled CMM Inspector/Programmer to join our team. This position involves inspecting incoming, in-process, and outgoing products, performing a range of inspections from basic to complex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize basic measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height stands, as well as advanced tools like vision systems and CMMs.
- Program and operate CMM machines for various inspection tasks.
- Follow control plans and inspection instructions to ensure product compliance.
- Generate inspection reports and certification packages according to client specifications.
- Document findings clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with management to streamline product flow.
- Conduct a variety of inspection tests and assembly tasks.
Qualifications:
- A 2-year technical degree with up to 5 years of experience in tight tolerance machining, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- GD&T Certification is preferred.
